The Split Probation Office was renovated under the project "Strengthening human rights protection and public safety by improving the capacities of the Croatian probation service", financed under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. The renovation included construction, carpentry and painting works (all office rooms painted, parquet floors sanded and painted, built-in cabinets installed and an office room provided with air-conditioning). The works ensured better working conditions for the probation officers of the Office. Probation offices in Osijek, Rijeka, Bjelovar and Split have been renovated under the project so far, and it is planned to complete the renovation of probation offices in Sisak, Varaždin and Zagreb II by the end of the project.
