Educational working meeting on "Rewards and motivation in practice" for penal authorities and probation offices from Istria and Kvarner

Following the three educational working meetings for the management staff of the prison and probation system from the territory of central Croatia, held at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration in April 2022 as part of the project "Strengthening human rights protection and public safety by improving the capacities of the Croatian probation service", an educational working meeting for the management staff of the prison and probation system from the territory of Istria and Kvarner took place on 20 May 2022.
The meeting was held in Rijeka, in the premises of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar Police Directorate, and the topic was "Rewards and motivation in practice". 12 managing officers of the Prison in Rijeka, Prison in Pula - Pola, Penitentiary in Valtura, Probation Office Rijeka and Probation Office Pula were informed about the results of research on the "Impacts of rewards on the motivation of the officers of the Directorate for Prison System and Probation".



In addition to the presentation of the results of the aforementioned research, conducted in cooperation with the officers of the prison and probation system, experiences and ideas on rewards in practice were exchanged at the meeting.
