Parcels and money

Payments to inmates can be made by:

1. POSTAL PAYMENT – the postal order should be addressed to the inmate (full name) and the address of the Karlovac Prison: Zatvor u Karlovcu, Jurja Haulika 1, 47000 Karlovac.
 
2. BANK TRANSFER TO GIRO ACCOUNT – IBAN HR9123900011300000672, SWIFT: HPBZHR2X (mandatory for international payments), payment description: fulll name of the person for whom the payment is made.

 
In case of a bank transfer, send a copy of payment receipt to fax number +38547611724 or by email to: zatvor.karlovac@zka.pravosudje.hr

Money is not received directly at the Prison.

Parcel reception

Parcels are received on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:00h to 13:00h and during visitation.
The visitor must present their ID card and a list of contents of the parcel including quantities.
Items and parcels can also be sent by post to the address of the Karlovac Prison (up to a maximum weight of 7 kg).
All items and parcels (up to 10 kg) are inspected, and any items that cannot be inspected will not be received.
The following items are not permitted:

• hygiene supplies,
• food and beverages,
• bottles and aerosol spray dispensers,
• cigarettes and tobacco products.
