State Secretaries
A minister may have one or more state secretaries, who are appointed at the proposal of the Prime Minister by the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
A state secretary is accountable to the relevant minister and the Government.
A state secretary implements the established Government policy in one or more administrative areas under their competence, in accordance with the instructions of the relevant minister.
