Inmate visitation

09:30h - 12:30h and 13:30h - 16:30h

Upon written request from a prisoner, the warden may exceptionally authorise a visit outside the fixed schedule for justified reasons.

Visits of underage children are not included in the total number of visits allowed to an inmate.

Attorney visitation: 08.00h -16.00h on workdays.

Once a month and for holidays, an inmate is entitled to receive a parcel with permitted items weighing up to 7 kg.

Parcels are delivered during visitation or by post on workdays, and are handed over to inmates upon inspection.

Inmates may receive money from family members and third persons by postal or bank payment through the Penitentiary, specifically:

by bank transfer to IBAN: HR7023900011300006967, indicating the full name of the inmate for whom the payment is made

Money is not received directly at the Penitentiary.
