VISITATION
- Wednesdays 16:00h - 18:00h.
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 15:00h - 18:00h,
At the written request of a minor, the Director may exceptionally grant approval for a visit outside the defined schedule.
Attorney visitation: on workdays, 08:00h - 15:00h.
PARCELS
Twice a month and for holidays, an inmate is entitled to receive a parcel with permitted items weighing up to 5 kg. A list of contents of the parcel must be attached to it. Parcels are received during visitation or by post on workdays, and are handed over to inmates upon inspection.
MONEY
Family members and third persons may transfer money to inmates by postal or bank payment through the Reformatory, specifically:
- by bank transfer to IBAN HR3923900011300000929, indicating the inmate's name

- by postal order addressed to the Turopolje Reformatory (Odgojni zavod u Turopolju, Braće Radića 105, Kuče 10410 Velika Gorica), with an indication of the inmate’s name.
