Probation Sector presents at 48th ICT and Electronics Convention

On June 5, 2025, representatives of the Probation Sector Vesna Zelić Ferenčić and Goran Brkić participated at the MIPRO 2025 convention and presented a paper entitled "Virtual Reality in Probation: Training and Rehabilitation”

The paper outlines the process of digitalisation of the probation service and the introduction of VR in the processes of training officers and rehabilitating offenders. 
 
Through the consultation on ‘Information and Communication Technology Law (ICTLAW)’ and discussion with colleagues from the region and abroad, the importance of digital innovations in the field of criminal justice and resocialization was confirmed.
