The reconstruction works are progressing satisfactorily and with acceptable dynamics. As certain deviations in the structural elements were noticed during the first few phases of the started works, it was necessary to upgrade the project documentation. At the same time, the need to relocate the electrical and electronic communications infrastructure around the building was identified, and the problem with HEP and HT has, in the meantime, been resolved. Finally, with the representatives of the city water supply and sewerage service, a solution for connection to the water supply and sewerage network was agreed which differs from the one defined by the construction permit. Due to all these, previously mentioned, unforeseen circumstances, the dynamics of construction works slowed down, so an annex to the contract on the extension of works by additional 90 days was drafted.
