Pilot under Erasmus+ project "First IN then OUT" implemented in Zagreb

On 17-19 December 2024, the Cene Štupar (CILJ) Project Team (SLO) as the coordinator and the Training Centre (CRO) as the project partner successfully implemented a pilot programme under Erasmus+ project "First IN then OUT".

The pilot programme "Programme Activation for Sustainable Development" was targeted at managing civil servants (heads of departments or sections) from the correctional authorities of the Republic of Croatia.

The first part of the pilot was implemented in a very pleasant interactive atmosphere of the Training Centre.  By exchanging experiences and examples of good practice from two different neighboring countries, both project teams received excellent examples of sustainable behaviour and treatment in the prison system.

After the implementation of the first, Croatian, part of the pilot programme, we hereby announce the implementation of the Slovenian pilot on 3-4 February 2025 in Ljubljana. The objective of the implementation of both pilots is to encourage and promote more frequent and effective application of the principles of sustainable development in everyday work and our working environment, as well as to strengthen the personal responsibility of individuals and groups in the prison system for the sake of sustainable development and sustainability in society.
