C2.6 R1-I2 Digitalisation of the Civil Service Ethics System

The objective of the digitalisation of the civil service ethics system is to facilitate data analysis and access to data relevant to the functioning of the ethical system. A more advanced database on procedures for breaches of ethical rules would enable a quality analysis and definition of possibilities for improving ethics in the workplace and ethics management in state and judicial authorities.
Furthermore, an electronic ethics infrastructure management system will be developed and put in place, which will modernise and improve the work of ethics commissioners, the Ethics Commission and the civil servants of the Ethics and Integrity Service. The system will cover four categories of stakeholders and will include supporting functionalities.
