Requirements for the registration of civil partnership
A civil partnership may be registered by persons over the age of 18 who have full legal capacity.
The registration of civil partnership is valid:
A civil partnership is registered in the presence of the persons intending to register the civil partnership, the registrar and two witnesses.
Any person of age and full legal capacity may act as a witness in the civil partnership ceremony.

- when civil partnership is concluded before a registrar.
