European Conference on Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies

From 23 to 25 October 2024, the European Conference on Addictive Behaviours and Addictions was held in Lisbon, Portugal

The organisers of this major conference were, among others, EUDA (European Union Drug Agency), ICAD, SSA and ISafe. The conference was attended by over 250 exhibitors and 2500 participants from different parts of the world

Petra Belec, probation officer and addictions coordinator at Probation Office Zagreb I, had the opportunity to participate in this conference and attend various plenary lectures, workshops and debates on addiction in the three days. 
 
The participation of the probation officer at this conference was realised under the project "Strengthening the capacity and visibility of the prison and probation system", funded under the Bilateral Fund of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
