Presentation of participation at 8th Criminal Justice Platform Europe (CJPE) Summer Course
On 31 August 2026, a presentation was held following the participation at the 8th CJPE Summer Course on the topic of "Gender-specific Approaches to Women and Girls in Criminal Justice Settings" in Barcelona
The 8th Criminal Justice Platform Europe (CJPE) Summer Course, held from 7 to 10 July 2026 in Barcelona, was attended by probation officers Ivana Matić Hudina and Nena Perić, and Senior Advisor from the Central Office Ljiljana Antolović
On 31 August 2026, they presented their experiences with the Summer School to the officials of the Central Probation Office and the probation officers in the field. They described the lectures and workshops they participated in, as well as visits to correctional facilities in Spain. After an interesting presentation, a short discussion was held on whether there is a need to make a special programme in Croatia regarding female convicts and to implement this within the probation service.
