Preparatory meeting - job shadowing in Czech Republic

On 11 December 2025, a preparatory meeting was held for the purpose of making arrangements for the mobility of probation officers - job shadowing in the Czech Republic. The activity will include 7 probation officers from the probation offices Zagreb II, Varaždin, Osijek, Zagreb I and the Central Office. Job shadowing is envisaged for the period 16-20 February 2026 to improve their knowledge, skills and competences in the area of work with criminal offenders. 

In the Czech Republic, probation officers will visit different probation offices and see their treatment and intervention models in order to implement them into Croatian probation practice, where possible, and improve their skills and competences for their daily work.
