On 29 September 2025, a preparatory meeting was held to agree on the mobility of probation officers - job shadowing in Austria. The participants in the mobility activity will be probation officers from Dubrovnik, Bjelovar, Vukovar, Varaždin and Zagreb II probation offices and the Central Office. Job shadowing is planned for the period 12-18 October with the aim of improving knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of work with offenders. Probation officers will see different models of treatments and interventions used in Austria, in order to, implement them into Croatian probation practice where possible and to improve the skills and competencies required in their daily work.
