Domestic violence

Legal description of the criminal offence 

Whoever seriously violates the regulations on protection from domestic violence and thus causes fear of a family member or close person for the their own safety or the safety of persons close to them, or puts them in a degrading position, while not committing a serious criminal offence,
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
