Visibly rehabilitated

Brief project description:
The project "Visibly rehabilitated" is aimed at developing capacity in working with domestic violence and sex offenders. The project will include job shadowing for 10 officers, to improve their competences and skills and get acquainted with modern methods in the field of rehabilitation of domestic violence and sex offenders. 40 officers will be informed about the methods of working with those offender groups, and the possibilities of integrating the lessons learned into the Croatian context will be considered.
Project objectives:
1. improvement of the capacity and quality of work of the probation service in Croatia;
2. strengthening of the competences and skills of probation officers for work with domestic violence and sex offenders
3. increase in the motivation of convicts for change and possibilities for their rehabilitation
4. improvement of social inclusion and contributiion to a safer society by raising the quality of teaching social skills to convicts.
