Life partnership (registered partnership)

A life partnership registered in the Republic of Croatia is entered into the Life Partnership Register. 

Couples are required to give notice of their intention to register a life partnership to the registrar competent for the location where the life partnership ceremony is to take place. 

The registrar, in agreement with the persons intending to register a life partnership, sets the date of the life partnership ceremony.
