National Call Centre for Victims of Crime 116-006

In cooperation of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration with the association Victim and Witness Support Service Croatia, the National Call Centre for Victims of Crime was established. The helpline 116 006 is available to victims of crimes and misdemeanours 24/7 (incl. weekends and holidays) in English and Croatian across the territory of Croatia. It is free of charge and anonymous. It provides them with information on their rights, emotional support and referrals to other institutions and organisations providing professional assistance. Call Centre agents are employees and volunteers.
