e-Information (information and instructions on various life situations)

As of 3 May 2021, a new portal -  e-Citizens - Information and Services - is available to citizens. For the first time, information and services for citizens and business users were brought together in one place.

The portal assigns each user a user inbox for notices and electronic documents, and a user profile.

The portal now provides clear instructions on how to use credentials (proving online identity) and information on free government credentials: mToken and ePass. In addition, it is still possible to log in to the e-Citizens portal with an eID or an online banking token.

The platform brings 6 main novelties:

  • a unique way of login for citizens and business users;
  • a user profile which offers shortcuts for frequently used services and enables the user to determine how often they want to give consent to the processing of personal data;
  • the user inbox is now assigned to all users;
  • a distinctive red navigation bar that runs through all services wherever you are in the system. The bar offers the user profile, a filter of services, the user inbox, a change of the entity represented by the user (e-authorisation) and allows accessibility adjustment;
  • customer support with phone number, email address and answers to frequently asked questions;
  • simple, informative and intuitive interface.

The Catalogue of Information includes all information and services provided by state administration bodies to citizens. E-Information consists of 12 topics, i.e. life situations divided into a series of sub-themes within which there are various articles with related information, which are constantly updated and published.

The Catalogue of Information provides information on life topics from various fields such as Family and living, Health, Finance and taxes, Education, Business and many others. When an article is opened on the e-Citizens Portal, services related to the topic are available on the right side of the screen, as well as links to regulations related to the topic.

Visit the Youtube channel e-Citizens - Information and Services, where you can follow instructions on how to use the new portal.
