As part of the compulsory traineeship in the university graduate study programme in Social Pedagogy - Module: Adult Criminal Offenders, students of the final year of study, with the guidance and support of their mentors, designed and delivered a creative workshop at the Prison Hospital.

The result of this project is a virtual exhibition entitled "Love, Peace and Fellowship", which contains 9 artworks of persons deprived of liberty.

Each work is accompanied by a short description by the author, in which they share personal thoughts and the meaning behind their works.

The aim of the exhibition is to destigmatise and encourage a more sensitive perspective on criminal offenders, providing insight into their life stories from a personal and intimate perspective through the application of creative artistic techniques, and such activities contribute to raising awareness of the importance of rehabilitation of prisoners and the visibility of treatment procedures in the general public.

The exhibition is free of charge and publicly available at the following link: visit.virtualartgallery.com.

This project was realised under the expert mentorship of the officers of the Zagreb Prison Hospital, with the consent of persons deprived of liberty and the Directorate for Prison System and Probation of the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation.
