Training of trainers for probation officers on “Communication strategies for unwilling clients in the probation system”

A three-day ToT on “Communication strategies for unwilling clients in the probation system” took place on 23-25 February, under the ESF project “Improving the quality of the judiciary by strengthening the capacities of prison and probation system and victim and witness support system”.

8 probation officers participated in the training delivered by Dr. Neven Ricijaš from the Behavioural Disorders Department of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences of Zagreb University. 
The training will enable future trainers in the probation service to acquire and improve the skills required for designing and delivering trainings for probation officers on dealing with unwilling clients. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
