e-Standard

The Public e-Services Development Standard of the Republic of Croatia is a set of guidelines defining policies for the development and management of e-services.

Public sector bodies are obliged to ensure the use of the Standard when developing new and upgrading existing e-services, and to report it to the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation.
