- drafting submissions before public authorities, the European Court of Human Rights and international organisations in accordance with international treaties and rules of operation of those bodies
- representation in proceedings before public authorities
- legal assistance in peaceful dispute settlement out of court.
Secondary legal aid includes:
- legal advice
- drafting of submissions in proceedings concerning the protection of workers' rights before the employer
- drafting of submissions in court proceedings
- representation in court proceedings
- legal assistance in peaceful dispute settlement.
