State Secretary Crnčec at DATAforum Justice 2025

State Secretary Ivan Crnčec attended the international conference dedicated to the digitalisation of justice "DATAforum Justice 2025", held in Leon, Spain, from 1 to 3 October 2025

The State Secretary participated in two international panels: "International Security and Justice" and "Digital Justice". He presented several recent projects for digitalising the Croatian justice system, including a project establishing the ANON system of anonymisation and publication of judgements, "Paperless commercial courts" project, and a project for the introduction of sound recording of the main hearings with an accompanying auto-transcription system.

The panel "Digital Justice" was also attended by Secretary of State for Justice from the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Parliamentary Relations of Spain Manuel Olmedo Palacios, State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the German Federal Province of North Rhine-Westphalia Daniela Bruckner and OECD representative Tatyana Teplova.

In the margins of the conference, State Secretary Crnčec met with Felix Bolanos, Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Parliamentary Relations of Spain.
