On Friday 7 July, Minister of Justice and Public Administration Ivan Malenica met with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Special U.S. Representative to the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.
The Minister and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State discussed cooperation between the United States and the Republic of Croatia in the field of combating cybercrime, fighting corruption in Southeast European countries, Croatia’s support to Ukraine in war crimes prosecution and the recently held workshop for Ukrainian prosecutors in Zagreb, as well as the activities of the Government of the Republic of Croatia in the context of Croatia’s presidency of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).
