Minister Malenica meets with BiH Justice Minister Bunoza

Minister of Justice and Public Administration Ivan Malenica met with Bosnia and Herzegovina Justice Minister Davor Bunoza on Friday 5 May. 

The ministers discussed co-operation between the two countries in the area of justice and public administration.

Minister Malenica pointed out that Croatia strongly advocates the opening of accession negotiations of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the European Union and supports the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Minister Buzna informed Minister Malenica about the set of proposals for the regulatory framework that the Ministry of Justice will submit for adoption to the Council of Ministers of BiH in the light of the opening of negotiations with the EU. 

They exchanged experiences in the digitialisation of the judiciary and public administration and agreed to continue strengthening cooperation in the field.
