Minister Malenica meets International Union of Notaries Vice-President for Europe

On Friday 10 September, Minister of Justice and Public Administration Ivan Malenica met with the Vice-President of the International Union of Notaries for Europe, Mr Lionel Galliez.

They discussed the digitalisation of procedures involving notaries and the introduction of digital services and solutions, cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and the associations of notaries, and the exchange of good practices among notaries.
 
The International Union of Notaries (UINL) is an international organisation formally established in Madrid in 1950, which comprises 86 national notarial organisations worldwide which have Roman Law as a basis for their legal systems.
 
Minister Malenica was accompanied by Ms Sanda Kulić, Director General for Organisation of the Judiciary, Ms Mirela Fučkar, Director General for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law, and Ms Zvijezdana Rauš-Klier, President of the Croatian Notaries Chamber.
