Inaugural visit of Ambassador of Norway

On Thursday 27 February 2025, Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation Damir Habijan received the inaugural visit from the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Arne Sannes Bjørnstad

Both sides expressed great satisfaction with the bilateral cooperation so far and their readiness to continue and further strengthen it, especially in the areas of the prison system and probation, mediation, digitalisation and cybersecurity. 

Minister Habijan thanked in particular for Norwegian financial support in the field of justice through Norway Grants i.e. the Norwegian Financial Mechanism. He also thanked for the support provided to Croatia in the process of joining the OECD.
