Government session: Harmonisation of salaries of judicial officials

Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation Damir Habijan presented to the Government the Draft Proposal of the Act on Amendments to the Act on Salaries and Other Material Rights of Judicial Officials

"The Proposal was based on a dialogue conducted with the Association of Croatian Judges and representatives of the State Attorney's Office", the Minister said.

The Proposal envisages for the salary calculation base for judicial officials to be equal to that applicable to the civil service and public services.
