European Commission and Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes visit the Probation Sector

16 September 2025 - A representative of the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes, Ms Božena Lukač, and a representative of the European Commission, M. Marta Muñoz visited the Probation Sector of the Ministry as part of the monitoring of the implementation of the Erasmus+ programme.

They discussed practical aspects of project implementation, challenges faced by beneficiaries, methods of implementation and the results and impact of the Erasmus+ programme so far.

Digital educational content intended for probation officers was presented at the meeting, and the guests had the opportunity to try out the developed VR scenarios that will be used in rehabilitation work with probationers.

The guests were extremely pleased with the presented results, thanked the Probation Sector for the excellent cooperation in the implementation of projects so far and congratulated the team for winning the prestigious European Innovative Teaching Award - EITA2025.  In particular, the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation was acknowledged by the European Commission for the project “Virtual reality in the context of treatment skills”.
