Croatia successfully concludes discussion in OECD Working Party on Bribery

Croatia held a successful discussion in the OECD Working Party on Bribery in International Business Transactions

The opinion of this Working Group comes at the final stage of the accession process for membership of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, once the key legislative, organisational and institutional recommendations have been met.

Croatia has been a member of this Working Group since October 2023, and has been a party to the Convention against Bribery in International Business Transactions since January 2024.
