Experience and expertise gained in branches of law relevant to corporate clients, especially corporate and commercial law, finance and credit institutions, trademark protection and litigation procedures.
Owing to versatile knowledge, analytical abilities, attention to detail, innovations and skills in project management and problem solving, he was successful in structuring, implementing and/or providing complete legal support for numerous acquisitions, mergers, divisions and recapitalisations of companies, joint ventures, investments, restructuring procedures, public tenders, legal due diligence, issuance of securities and a wide range of contracts and litigation.
In the Croatian Parliament, he served as a member of the Committee on the Economy, the Legislation Committee, the Committee on the Constitution, Standing Orders and Political System, the Judiciary Committee, and as the Vice Chairman of the National Council for Monitoring the Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy.
