Meetings of project partners from Croatia and German company Becure were held at the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation in Zagreb under the project ‘Virtual Reality - a tool in the treatment of criminal offenders and training of probation officers.
During three days, from 13 to 15 October 2025, members of the project team from Croatia held working meetings with the German partner i.e. a representative of Becure GmbH, related to VR scenarios for offender rehabilitation recorded on VR glasses.
During the working meeting, the partners refined and finalised the scenarios for probation officers - 8 scenarios based on core corectional skills - motivational interview, problem-solving methods, prosocial modelling and cognitive behavioural interventions. The scenarios were analysed in detail and improved to add and highlight the interactivity dimension in line with the received analysis of the progress report by the Agency for Mobility and EU programmes.
In addition, the materials necessary for the training of officers who will use VR in offender rehabilitation were finalised during the meeting.
