Participation in seminar "Developing skills that enable beneficiary organizations of KA121 and KA122 projects to measure impact SCH-ADU-VET "

The Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes organised a seminar entitled “Developing skills that enable beneficiary organizations of KA121 and KA122 projects to measure impact SCH-ADU-VET” under the Erasmus+ programme. The seminar was held from 8 to 10 July 2025 in Larnaca, Cyprus. The Croatian Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes has selected Martina Rakić to participate in the seminar as a representative of a beneficiary, namely the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation.

The aim of the seminar was to teach the beneficiaries of Erasmus+ projects KA121 and KA122 the skills needed to facilitate project impact measurement, as well as to explore various impact measurement tools and methodologies that can be used during and after the project.

The seminar was attended by about 50 experts involved in Erasmus+ projects from different countries - Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, North Macedonia, Slovakia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Romania, Croatia, etc.

During the seminar, participants were divided into groups depending on the type of projects they implement: school education, vocational education and training and adult education.

The representative of the Ministry, Martina Rakić, participated in the group AE (adult education), and in addition to lectures, she actively participated in workshop activities related to adult education, i.e. related to Erasmus+ projects concerning adults.

The group activities included the exchange of experiences in the implementation of the Erasmus+ programme, and focused on researching the tools and methodologies for measuring and assessing the short-term and long-term impacts of projects on the participants themselves as well as the wider community. The participants acquired knowledge and skills to identify specific elements required in each project - QQTTP  (quantity, quality, target group, time and place), and how to measure their impact, as well as how to evaluate the implemented activities.

The international seminar was an opportunity for networking of experts who directly participate in the implementation of the Erasmus+ programme and an opportunity for learning, creation of joint initiatives and exchange of experiences.
