Responsibilities:
  • planning, monitoring and implementation of the Ministry's information and public relations strategy; 
  • planning and implementation of communication with the media (press conferences, statements, interviews, press releases, notifications, briefings, etc.), communication with citizens, internal communication and communication with other state administration bodies, local and regional self-government, judicial authorities, institutions and other legal persons within the scope of the Ministry's work; 
  • organising media and public appearances of the Minister and other state officials of the Ministry, informing the Minister and other state officials of the Ministry about the content and views of the media and the public on topics within the scope of the Ministry's work, monitoring media reports on the work of the Ministry, preparing daily overviews and analyses of media reports on the activities of the Ministry;
  • activities related to the Right of Access to Information Act, the Media Act and the Electronic Media Act;
  • management of protocol for the Minister and state officials of the Ministry; 
  • translation and interpretation from and into English;
  • ontent preparation, design, development, maintenance and updating of the Ministry’s website and social networks;
  • coordination and preparation of permanent and occasional publications on the work of the Ministry in cooperation with the administrative organisations within the Ministry;
  • organisation of student visits and educational programmes in cooperation with higher education institutions; 
  • assisting correctional facilities and remote organisational units of the Ministry in their communication with the public; 
  • direct contact with citizens to reaffirm the Ministry’s openness and accessibility; 
  • preparing and carrying out promotional and information activities and analysing their impact;
  • cooperation with judicial authorities in their external communication activities
