The conference was held in the aftermath of the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in which the Croatian mechanism of harmonisation of case-law was declared contrary to EU law.
Minister Damir Habijan participated in the conference “Croatian Judiciary after the Hann-Invest Judgment”, held at the House of Europe on September 9, organised by the Department of European Public Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Croatia.
