Amendment to Decision on closing Electoral Roll for EU Elections in Croatia

Under the Decision of the Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation on closing the Electoral Roll for the election of Members of the European Parliament from Croatia of 31 May 2024, an amendments decision will be issued if the number of voters subsequently changes. 

The change may be due to the subsequent processing of applications submitted within legal deadline or received after the issue of the Decision due to a time difference.

Consequently, the Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation issued a Decision amending the Decision on closing the Electoral Roll for the election of Members of the European Parliament from Croatia, establishing that a total of 3,731,861 voters are entered on the Electoral Roll, specifically:
 
  • 3,515,101 voters with a domicile in Croatia (including 3,578 pre-registered voters and 31 nationals of other EU Member States)
  • 216,760 actively registered voters without a domicile in Croatia.
