If you wish to transfer money to an inmate, you can do so by postal payment to the address of the Lepoglava Penitentiary, with an indication of the inmate’s name,
or by bank transfer to IBAN HR8323900011300000234, reference number: HR00 - (Inmate ID number).
For international payments, enter BIC: HPBZHR2XXXX. The full name of the inmate must be entered in the payment description field.

Money is not received directly an the Penitentiary.
Once a month and for holidays, an inmate is entitled to receive a parcel with permitted items from Article 6, paragraph (1) of the House Rules of the Lepoglava Penitentiary, weighing up to five (5) kg.
Parcels must not contain tobacco products, technical devices, hygiene products or food.
The sender's data must be visible on the parcel, and a list of contents of the parcel must be attached to the outside of the parcel, including shipments that correspond to a parcel according to visual and tactile inspection.
Parcels are received by postal or courier services on workdays, and, upon inspection, are handed over to prisoners. Parcels that cannot be inspected or exceed the weight limit of 5 kg will not be received.
