What kind of information can be obtained via helpline 116-006?

This is the number of the National Call Centre for Victims of Crimes and Misdemeanours, which provides victims and witnesses with information on their rights, emotional support and referrals to other institutions and organisations providing professional assistance. The Call Centre is coordinated by the non-profit association Victim and Witness Support Service Croatia. The telephone line is available 24/7 (incl. weekends and holidays) in Croatian and English across the territory of Croatia, it is free of charge and anonymous. All Call Centre agents are volunteers.
