Under Activity 1.2 of the project “Further improvement of the monitoring of administrative procedures and decision-making (ZUP III)”, to prepare the process of certification of the ZUP IT system and its upgrade with a module enabling compatibility verification and certification of the service connectivity of document management applications, workshops are envisaged for the interested providers of document management applications to public authorities, in order to provide them with all the necessary information for connecting to the upgraded service interface of the ZUP IT system and accessing certification of document management applications for connection to the ZUP IT system. Upon establishment of the certification system, the website of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration will include information about the solutions certified for operation in compliance with the published service interface of the ZUP IT system.
The workshops will familiarise the interested providers of document management applications with the technical characteristics of the ZUP IT system, the implemented service interface, how to connect to it as well as the process of measurement, assessment, alignment and certification of compatibility of the service interconnectivity of document management applications with the ZUP IT system.
