Short description: The overall objective of the project was to promote judicial cooperation in criminal matters and to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU mutual recognition instruments in criminal matters. Specific objective: to develop unified case law approach executing the sentences defined by the foreign judicial institutions and to contribute to mutual cooperation in criminal matters.
