Improving Electronic Delivery of Court Documents in Croatia (G2B and G2C) - eDelivery
Under this project, the Croatian Post, the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and IT company SedamIT will develop and implement a solution for electronic exchange of documents between the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and citizens/business. This project will ensure digital delivery of registered mail items with digital advice of receipt according to the eIDAS Regulation.
The EU certificated digital receipt and delivery of registered mail items will ensure that the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration´s items are received and delivered in the digital mailbox (ePošta) provided by the Croatian Post.
The project will enhance the current hybrid mail model that has been successfully used for over a year in cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and the Croatian Post.
The Croatian Post is the Project Coordinator in this project, while Project Beneficiaries are the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and IT company SedamIT.

Project purpose: Enhancing the current hybrid mail solution by creating an Access Point in the IT system of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration that will connect to the Access Point in ePošta system. That way, the entire electronic document exchange will fully conform to the eDelivery standards.
The project comprises:
a) development and implementation of an Access Point at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration
b) integration of Access Points with the document management system
c) upgrading the current document exchange system to the eDelivery level
