The objective of the Project is to modernize the land administration and management system to improve the efficiency, transparency and cost effectiveness of government services.
Project owners and beneficiaries are the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and the State Geodetic Administration (SGA).
The Project consists of four components:
Component A. – Land Registration System Development
Component B. – Spatial Information and Cadastre System
Component C. – Improving Digital Services
Component D. – Project Management, Training and Public Awareness
IBRD Loan No. 8086-HR
The Loan Agreement between the Republic of Croatia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Integrated Land Administration System Project worth 16.5 million EUR was signed on 17 August 2011 and entered into force on 15 November 2011. The Project was launched in November 2011 and finalised by 31 December 2018.
IBRD Loan No. 8900-HR
The Loan Agreement between the Republic of Croatia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Integrated Land Administration System Project worth 19.7 million EUR was signed on 20 September 2018 and entered into force on 19 December 2018.
The Project was launched in December 2018 and the envisaged closing date is 15 June 2021.
