Persons intending to register a civil partnership are obligated to pay administrative fees for:
- the notice of the intention to register a civil partnership, a fee of 9.29 EUR, and
- civil partnership ceremony before a registrar, a fee of 18.58 EUR HRK.
If the civil partnership ceremony is to be held out of the official premises, a special charge for this is due in addition to the above administrative fees. The amount of this charge will depend on:
- the distance of the desired location of the civil partnership ceremony from the official premises,
- the desired time of the ceremony,
- whether the ceremony is taking place on a Sunday, holiday or non-working day.
