• administrative and professional tasks relating to drafting proposals for laws and other regulations in the areas of civil, commercial and administrative law and their enforcement;
• conducting first and second instance special administrative proceedings from the scope of civil, commercial and administrative law;
• supervision of the work of land registry offices.
