Study visit of delegation of the Ministry of Public Administration of the Government of Montenegro

The study visit was organised by the UNDP Office in Podgorica, as part of the ‘Merit-based Employment in Public Administration in Montenegro’ project

During the visit, which took place at the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation on 26 November, the delegation was familiarised with the scope of the Directorate for Political System and General Administration in the part related to the preliminary oversight of draft decrees on the internal organisation of state administration bodies and preliminary oversight of draft laws and other acts.

Representatives of the delegation were also informed about the scope of the Directorate for Judicial and Administrative Inspection in the part related to the scope of administrative inspection. Representatives of the Ministry and of the Montenegrin delegation exchanged views and experiences in this area.
