Start of publication of anonymised court judgements on a new portal

As of 1 January 2025, the portal Croatian Case Law Finder (Tražilica odluka sudova Republike Hrvatske) is publically accessible and enables an advanced search of anonymised judgements, while respecting the rules on personal data protection

In addition to new judgements, the portal has also made available all the jugements published until 15 December 2024 on the SupraNova portal of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia. 

"Making all judgements accessible is one of the positive changes that ultimately aim to make the judiciary faster, more efficient and more transparent. With digitalisation and digital platforms, as well as the public disclosure of judgements, an important step forward will be made in increasing legal certainty and harmonising case law", said Minister Damir Habijan.  

This service represents a significant stride in the modernisation of the judicial system. It ensures transparency and accessibility of judgements to the professional and general public in Croatia. The application of solutions for the automatic anonymisation and publication of judgements is one of the important components aimed at improving the capacities of the Croatian judiciary, making it open and efficient. 

The tool for public disclosure and search of court decisions was developed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026  

The total value of the project was 160,875.00 EUR including VAT.
