Minister Habijan holds bilateral meeting with Federal Minister of Justice Vedran Škobić

The Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation hosted a delegation of the Federal Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, as part of their study visit to Croatia.

The main topic of the bilateral meeting was cooperation in the area of justice.

Both sides expressed their satisfaction with the cooperation so far and stressed the importance of further strengthening of the partnership through joint projects and exchange of knowledge and experience.

As part of the study visit, State Secretary Ivan Crnčec and representatives of the Directorate for the Organisation of Justice and the Directorate for Criminal Law of the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation presented the legal framework for the establishment of the Office for the Suppression of Corruption and Organised Crime of the Republic of Croatia (USKOK) and its institutional role in the justice system.
