International Meeting on cooperation in the new period of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism

A two-day international meeting was held in Zagreb on 19 and 20 November with the aim of planning joint activities in the new programming period of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism

The meeting was organised by the Probation Sector and brought together representatives of Poland, Lithuania and Norway.

The meeting was joined by Jana Špero Kamenjarin, Secretary General of the Confederation of European Probation (CEP), who emphasized the importance of international cooperation and exchange of knowledge and experience at the European level, and expressed her willingness to participate in some project activities.
 
This gathering was a good opportunity to share experiences and lessons learned from the previous programming period, as well as to strengthen cooperation between partner countries and services.

During the two days, participants exchanged examples of good practice, ideas and approaches aimed at improving the performance of probation services.
 
The meeting further confirmed the importance of international cooperation in the field of probation and created a basis for the development of new joint projects and initiatives in the upcoming financial period.
